The design relied on strong, sharp lines to highlight the building's character and create a distinctive visual mark for the area.
the point is a forward-thinking mixed-use architecture project that harmonizes commercial vitality with modern urban living. Designed to foster connection, convenience, and community, the point integrates retail, office, and residential spaces within a cohesive, architecturally striking environment. Its bold yet timeless design features dynamic facades, green terraces, and light-filled interiors that promote sustainability and well-being. Every element of the point is crafted to support a vibrant, multi-functional lifestyle—creating a destination where people can work, live, and gather in one seamless, thoughtfully designed space.

Warm colors such as shades of brown, along with the use of glass in the facade, add more strength and luxury to the building, while carefully considered lighting elements were used to add more beauty and elegance to the project.
