Situated within the vibrant R‑districts near government offices, diplomatic zones, and anchored by the iconic Green River, the mall benefits from high footfall and exceptional accessibility via regional roads and planned monorail accessoutlets, and communal areas that foster collaboration and innovation.

The project's design concept was primarily based on emphasizing modernity and the spirit of the times through clear, strong lines.
Aluminum cladding was used on the facades to add sharpness and strength to the design, reflecting the spirit of the times.
To emphasize the design's dynamism, the design team relied on a central circular or cylindrical mass, with the aim of conveying a dense, lively element.

This contemporary design embodies the city's forward-looking, inspiring, and modern spirit, and is a strong fit with the urban fabric of the city, the modern capital of Egypt.
Internally, the design relies on flexible circulation paths to allow for multiple uses of the spaces and to ensure visual communication and connection between building users.
