· Overall structure: A modern, U-shaped building designed to maximize views for all units.
· Materials and facade: Features a double-glazed glass facade designed for noise and heat insulation, giving it a distinctive international style.
· Green spaces: Allocated 70% of the total project area to green spaces and natural landscapes to promote a healthy and sustainable environment.


· Layout: Divided into a ground floor and eight upper floors. The internal layout is planned geometrically to ensure privacy and adequate spacing between units.
· Navigation: Features clear guiding boards to assist visitors and shoppers in navigating the mall easily.
