The design team focused on architectural and design treatments that ensure comfort in a region with a harsh, desert climate. The design met basic requirements while maintaining a luxurious and high-quality atmosphere. The facades offer sea views to ensure fresh air in the residential units and other elements. The team also focused on windows on elevated facades to maximize fresh air flow, with sun breakers.
Facade colours ranging from brown to light brown were used to give the blocks a luxurious appearance and ensure the buildings blend into the surrounding environmental and urban fabric.
