The project is located in an important and vital location in 6th of October City, between a number of neighborhoods and residential complexes with a high level of luxury and modern life, which represented a design challenge for our team, as the design must be in harmony with the surrounding urban fabric.In addition to the city's desert climate, which means the need to ensure the design of windows and balconies to ensure the highest rate of natural air flow inside the units to ensure comfort.

The design relied heavily on elevated balconies and wide windows to ensure fresh air circulation. The colors of the facades were distinguished by their elegance and harmony with the surrounding fabric, both efficient and practical. To ensure a sophisticated living experience, the finishing materials were distinguished by their sophistication and luxury. We relied on natural elements to ensure environmental sustainability.

Lighting was the most important design element for innovative solutions for the units, whether inside or as facade lighting elements with stunning effects at night. The lighting of the project’s external areas and gardens also adds a unique appearance to the design as a whole.

Vida is a contemporary residential architecture project that seamlessly blends modern design principles with natural elements to create a refined living experience. Designed with an emphasis on light, space, and connection to the environment, Vida features clean lines, sustainable materials, and open-plan layouts that promote both comfort and elegance. The residence is envisioned as a sanctuary—balancing privacy with openness, functionality with aesthetic harmony.
