Bukhari Villa, a blend of heritage and seaside climate / OCE Origin Consulting Engineering

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is distinguished by its unique Saudi Arabian architecture. It is a coastal city, which made it open to different cultures of many peoples thanks to the traders who landed on its shores. It is also a Saudi Arabian city, and thus the vocabulary and elements of Arab and Islamic architecture have influenced it.

In the design of its buildings, the vocabulary of Arab architecture, including decorations and aesthetic elements, is a distinctive element of the building facades and the rest of the interior spaces, such as beverages and wide spaces, and provides extreme privacy for users.

The project was strongly influenced by the city's ethnic heritage and history, and Islamic decorative elements and hot climate architecture strongly influenced the design team during the project's implementation.

Located in the vibrant coastal city of Jeddah, this villa architecture project redefines contemporary luxury living while drawing inspiration from the region’s cultural and climatic identity. The design showcases a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and traditional Arabian elements—featuring clean lines, natural stone, intricate mashrabiya screens, and spacious courtyards.
