The Administration building consists of a ground floor, five typical floors and three underground basements that function as garages.
MA Consultants used the core and shell system in designing the office building. The building’s structure is distinctively designed with sharp edges and flower boxes on the elevation.

The creation of extruded roof pieces with space trusses revealed the building's environmental design. Horizontal louvers and dark glazing improve the thermal performance of the building by reducing heat gain while also offering thermal comfort and natural illumination.

MA Consultants built numerous green terraces on the building’s façade. On the north, south and the west sides of the structure, beginning on the second floor.  Green terraces increase the air quality while also providing visual comfort by incorporating green components into the facades.

The form combines curved lines and sharp edges to create visual complexity. V-shaped forms and sloped roofs are the image of valeo’s logo. The emergency staircases are situated near the building’s corners to ensure safety. The entrance is highlighted by being recessed between two masses, one sharp and straight and the other curved and smooth, both of which are being shaded by the space trusses.
