Creating a distinctive visual mark for a land mark is a unique and challenging experience that requires a high sense of design expertise and various design experiences from the design team.The design becomes more difficult when the project is a commercial landmark because it simply requires a great deal of experience from the team and requires a view of many design elements that in turn ensure operational efficiency and ease of access and movement for users.

The design team was keen to create an unforgettable visual experience, especially in the design elements of the facades. The team relied on bold and strong design lines to achieve a unique visual impact. The team also relied on carefully studied lighting elements with glass windows to reflect the transparency of the building and create a space for visual communication between the outside and the inside.

The designer paid attention to the movement elements within the project, such as corridors, public spaces, and social activity areas, to achieve more efficient communication for the project users, while ensuring easy access to all available facilities and services, especially in waiting areas, food courts, cafes, and others.
Landscape elements were also among the distinctive design elements in order to create spaces full of life and movement with unforgettable views and a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for users.
