Scope international has appointed Sabbour Consulting as the local master planner and infrastructure consultant for their new mega mixed used development located in El-Moqattam Hill. This is in cooperation with “Hill international” as the the project manager and “Foster and partners” the master planner and lead designer.  The development comprises an overall site development of 

The extension of Arab Open university in Al-Sherouk City, It is an efficient and sustainable project with a land plot area of 7976m2. Sabbour Consulting has been awarded the full design and construction supervision services of the extention university. JLL is the project manager of the project.
