Design by Medad, Res.37 project is located on the boundary of the distinctive Los Angeles buildings and towers, which is built on a land area of 2475 m2 in the quiet area of Al Kharayej, which extends between the picturesque Gulf suburb and the residential suburb overlooking the waterway. 

The project site benefited from views of two natural landscapes, the first of which is in the northwest direction

It overlooks vast green golf courses and the second view faces the local park located between a cluster of seven towers. 

The project's designer took advantage of the above by distributing most of the residential spaces in front of the impressive natural areas.

On the other hand, the tiered configuration of the twenty-story buildings showed the breadth of 59 units located at the top of the high block, while the smaller units are located at the base, adding more than 9900 m2 of building area for the project.

The top of the Podium has been utilized to find the activities of health and wellness clubs, where there is the largest terrace in the project from which the residents of the high-rise residential units have a view of another landscape.
