It is the UIA Winning project 2024: The Biophilic Child Development Center in Masqut, Oman—the first of its kind in the Arab World and the region. Dr. Mohamed Hendawi created a building with a positive impact on its users since it is a stressful process that child and their families face. It is a circular building with a huge inner court to create its microzone to enhance users MH Architects' design team has used natural materials, maximizing daylight, sun breakers, ponds, and shaded areas to provide comfortable spaces. They have integrated nature with the created place in each part of the project creating enjoyable, Livable spaces. Oman suffered from a very high level of Humadity for several months, thus, Architect M.Hendawi created the Shaded-Shield Eco-roof for kids to enjoy during this period.
