Storm Shield Undercoat is a superior quality alkali resistant water-based primer, produced from high quality acrylic copolymer emulsions.
Recommended use

Recommended for exterior use on old or new surfaces such as bricks, cement, and concrete after priming it with Storm Shield Penetrating Sealer or Storm Shield Nano Penetrating Primer (in the case of texture). It is recommended to use it after the filler in the case of Storm Shield Premium Topcoat as well as in high end interior finishes.
