The company was established in 2002 to build and develop roads. Some of its achievements are: Building 107km road of Cairo/ EL-Ain El-Sokhna in 2004 to be the first highway with no intersections in Egypt. Building 80 km independent service road to provide services for heavy trucks. Construction of The 56 km road of EL-Kerimat/ Helwan till beniswaif governorate which helps in reducing the traffic density and raises safety standards on the agricultural road east of the Nile.
